• Instead of giving reasons and excuses, which we are sometimes prone to do after the event / period closure, are there any options ?
• Of course, there are many ways of trying to do it, eg, better reviews, detailed reviews, daily reviews, monthly reviews for one or two days, and so on and so forth.
• A very effective way of doing it is to use your leadership and management bandwidth not on doing a detailed post-mortem after the period is over, but setting up the process of reviews during the period itself.
