Students Eligible to attend the Students Conference: Students who have registered as Intermediate Students/ Students who are pursuing their Article ship Training/ Students who have completed their Practical Training but could not qualify their final examinations may attend the conference till next one year from the date of completion of Practical Training.(Foundation Students and Students who have completed one year beyond their Article ship training period will not be eligible to register for these Conferences)

Registration fees

Rs.600/- per student till 7^th October, 2025, (Rs.550/- for Group)

Rs.750/- per student till 7^th November, 2025, (Rs.700/- for Group)

Rs.850/- per student on the spot 8^th November, 2025

Group of 8 and above will be considered for the discount

Students (pursuing Practical Training/Industrial Training) are invited to contribute papers for presentation (1500 to 2000 words) for topics in Technical-Sessions and submit for approval a soft copy of the Paper at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by 10^th October, 2025 and a hard copy of the same along with Student's Photograph (with his/her Name on the back of the photograph), ICAI Students’ Registration Number, Course pursuing, complete postal address, Mobile, Landline numbers and e-mail ID be also sent to the address of Regional Council/ Branch of ICAI.

Outstation student participators shall be reimbursed actual travelling expenses equivalent to 2 tier AC and DA @ Rs. 2500/- per day for lodging and incidental expenses etc. (It is suggested that the students’ participators may tentatively book train tickets pending selection of their papers. This may enable them to have confirmed train tickets.)
