Health Check Up Camp at Jehangir Specialty Hospital
Pune Branch of WIRC of ICAI organised Health Check Up Camp on 11th & 12th December, 2021 at Jehangir Specialty Hospital, Kothrud, Pune.
Below services will be offered during the health check up camp:
1. Hypertension & Diabetes check-up with Random Blood Sugar, HEIGHT Weight, Blood Pressure & Physician consultation.
2. Urology check-up camp
3. Joint replacement special camp having following check ups: Height, Weight, Blood pressure, Dental, Physician consultation, Uroflowmetery
Note :
1. All registered participants will be intimated the timings slots as per there preferable dates by afternoon, 10th Dec, 2021
2. Participants need to come with full stomach (Having there Breakfast/Lunch etc)
3. Participants are requested to bring old medical history files documents if any
4. Please be prepare for 2 to 3 hrs for the above check ups depending on the tests
Fees : Nil (first come, first served basis)
Last date for pre-registration : 7th Dec, 2021.
