Special COVID-19 Vaccination Camp for Pune ICAI Chartered Accountants/Dependent/Articles

Pune Branch of WIRC of ICAI glad to announce Special COVID-19 Vaccination Camp for Pune ICAI Chartered Accountants/Dependent/Articles at Global Hospital & Research Institute, 577/2, off Sinhgad Road, Police Chaoki Rd, Near Dattawadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411030 to make it easier for above 18-44 years to easily participate in the vaccination campaign.
Before making the payment please read the instructions carefully & then fill up the details on https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JSDVTDQ
The process required for this is as follows:
1) Go to https://selfregistration.cowin.gov.in/ and register. Please carry Register Mobile No., Reference Id. & secret code of Cowin Registration.
2) Bring Original & Xerox of the identity card (Aadhar card, PAN, Driving License etc.) used while registering the name while coming for vaccination.
3) Covishield Vaccine will be given.
4) Do not come empty stomach while getting vaccinated.
5) Vaccination camp scheduled on 16th, 17th & 18th June, 2021 for daily 200 persons (on first cum first served basis).
6) After the registration, Pune ICAI will share date & time slot for the Vaccination.
7) Receipt will be issued by the respective hospital after 20 days, same can be collected from Pune ICAI.
