Special COVID-19 Vaccination Camp for Pune ICAI Chartered Accountants and their immediate relatives

Pune Branch of WIRC of ICAI glad to announce "Special COVID-19 Vaccination Camp" for Pune ICAI Chartered Accountants and their immediate relatives at Rao Nursing Home, Pune - Satara Rd, Bibwewadi, Pune-411037 to make it easier for senior citizens (+60 years) and people aged 45-60 years with co-morbidity to easily participate in the vaccination campaign with medical certificate.
The process required for this is as follows:
1) Go to https://selfregistration.
2) When choosing a hospital, choose Rao Nursing Home.
3) Bring Xerox of the identity card (Aadhar card, PAN, Voter card) used while registering the name while coming for vaccination.
4) Vaccination fee is Rs. 250 / -.
5) Covaxin vaccine is being given and it is necessary to take another dose of the same vaccine. The vaccine will be given as it becomes available.6) Do not come empty stomach while getting vaccinated.
7) Daily Vaccination limit will be for upto 60 members (first come first serve basis)
8) All the members who wish to take the benefit of this "Special Vaccination Camp" need to do prior registration on https://bit.ly/2OJgkc4
9) After the registration, Pune ICAI we will share the date and time slots for the Vaccination at Rao Nursing Home.
