Rules & Regulations for Contest for Student of the Year 2020

• Criteria- Pune Based students who are pursuing for articleship and whose articleship is completed on or after 31^st March 2020.
• Contribution to below criteria’s :-
  • Social - Contribution to WICASA & ICAI, CSR activities, extra-curricular activities
  • Family - Behavior, Help at home, Physical fitness
  • Office - Academic, Professionalism, Writing skills, soft skills, Presentation, convincing & negotiation skills
• There will be five rounds as below :-
  • 1^st Round - General (Aptitude) Test
  • 2^nd Round - Individual Interview, Group Discussion & Convincing & Negotiation Skill.
  • 3^rd Round - Games Activities, Writing Skills
  • 4^th Round will be Semi-Final- Panel Interview
  • 5^th Round will be Final - Presentation & Rapid Fire
• Elimination will start after first round
• Maximum 5 participants will be there for the 5^th and final round
