We are pleased to inform you that the Committee on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (CIBC) of ICAI is organizing Three Days Refresher Course for preparation of IBBI Limited Insolvency Examination from 22nd to 24th October, 2021, hosted by Pune Branch of WIRC of ICAI.
With the enactment of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code) a new professional avenue has opened up as insolvency professionals. One of the important criteria for Chartered Accountant to register as an Insolvency Professional is that ten years of experience as Chartered Accountant registered as a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and who has passed the Limited Insolvency Examination within twelve months before the date of his application for enrolment with the insolvency professional agency.
In order to enable the members in preparation for examination and to have good knowledge about the Code and its processes, this Virtual Refresher Course is being conducted by CIBC of ICAI.
